Rich Petersen is co-founder and president of JetStream Software and has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology.
Previously vice president of product management at FlashSoft, which was acquired by SanDisk in 2012, Rich served at LogicBlaze/Red Hat, Infravio, and Interwoven. He earned his MBA at the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley.
Co-Founder & CTO
Serge Shats, Ph.D., is co-founder and CTO of JetStream Software. He has more than 25 years’ experience in system software development, storage virtualization, and data protection.
Previously co-founder and CTO of FlashSoft, acquired by SanDisk in 2012, Serge has served as a chief architect at Veritas, Virsto, and Quantum. He earned his PhD in Computer Science at the Russian Academy of Science in Moscow, Russia.
Senior Solutions Architect
Dennis Bray is senior solutions architect at JetStream Software. He has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry with specialties in training, virtualization, messaging, application deployment and end user computing.
Over the last 10-plus years, Dennis has worked on data center modernization and consolidation projects in the capacity of virtualization architect and delivering training for VMware.
Azure Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Professional
Justin Jakowski is an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Professional on Microsoft’s Global Blackbelt team.
Justin analyzes customer technical requirements and provides options and recommendations around Azure Cloud Infrastructure workloads such as Site Recovery, Backup, Open Source, ExpressRoute and Networking. He is a technical, detail oriented, organized, and motivated individual who can work efficiently within a team. He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry with various roles in management, engineering, pre-sales and consulting.
Senior Director of Product Management
Prashant Desai is senior director of product management at NetApp for Azure NetApp Files. He has led the definition and delivery of NetApp’s cloud strategy, bringing products to market, including Cloud Volumes Services, Cloud Volumes ONTAP and Software Defined ONTAP.
Prior to NetApp, Prashant spent over a decade at startups and incubators in the networking space, taking ideas from incubation to successful products. He holds a B.E. in civil engineering from National Institute of Technology Surat, an M.S. in computer science from University of Southern California, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
